Cancellation And Refund Policy
The customer agrees to the terms and conditions of
SmartChargEV (Mark8Smart e-mobility Infra Pvt. Ltd.).
Once a reservation is made, customer needs to be present at the EV charging station prior their reservation time, preferably 5 min prior.
In the event of any cancellation, SmartChargEV will process the cancellation request from the customer as per the cancellation/refund policy.
The cancellation fee and the time taken to process the refund will differ for each request.
In order to cancel a reservation, the customer shall make a written and/or verbal request to our customer care representatives or make such cancellation through the SmartChargEV app.
The refund amount if eligible, shall be completed within the period of 72 hours after the deduction of the cancellation fee.
Post making the reservation, if the customer doesn’t show up at the EV charging station, then the customer shall continue to be liable for the cancellation charge displayed at the time of making the reservation, and SmartChargEV can deduct the amount from the customer’s credit balance.
